Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your items for store credit only. Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or missing price tags are not eligible for an exchange. To make an exchange, contact Alexis at 209-684-3549. To receive store credit, simply send the items back and upon receiving the items we will issue store credit via email that never expires and can be used online, over the phone or in the store.

SALE PRICED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an order is placed and you wish to cancel your order, but the order can be successfully filled, we will cancel your order and issue you store credit. Store credit will be sent via email that never expires, and can be used online, over the phone or in the store. (Effective 11/28/24).

If an order is placed online and you forgot to use your store credit we can no longer apply that to your order. Your order will remain as is and your credit will remain at the previous amount. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - The same store return policy applies to International returns except that the customer pays all out-bound and in-bound shipping costs.
