1) Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using:

Some orders may ship directly from a designer/vendor (drop-ship), which means:

You may not receive a traditional packing slip in the box

Your order confirmation email will always include your purchase details and how to contact us
2) Free Shipping Over $100
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (except for international orders).
Store Credit Bonus
If you’re shopping with store credit, we typically waive outbound shipping, even if your new order is under $100.
3) Expedited Shipping
We do offer expedited shipping, but it is not available at checkout.

4) International Orders & Returns
We can’t accept international returns in the same way as domestic, but we will work with you so you find the right fit.

If we’re arranging international shipping, we may invoice you for the shipping cost (often at the same discounted rate you paid originally when possible).

- Items must still be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached.
5) How Long Does Shipping Take?
Because we truly offer the most extensive inventory across the country, shipping timelines vary by designer(s).
What affects delivery time
Shipping speed depends on factors like:

Designer availability: pre-order, in-season, seasonal, or end-of-season inventory

Stock status: limited stock, special order, “cut-to-order” and/or “cut-to-dye”

Fulfillment method: ships from our store vs. ships directly from the designer/vendor (drop-ship). This is dependent on the designer.

Product type: ready-to-ship vs. cut-to-order / pre-order

We always aim to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible—especially since many customers are shopping for events, trips, and special occasions.
Need it by a certain date?
If you need an estimated delivery window (or have a must-arrive-by date), please contact us before placing your order to go over the order specific timeline. Please note if you place an order and call us afterwards for the shipping timeline and it does not meet your expected needs you’re only eligible for store credit unless it is truly not available (not in stock, not able to be made).
